FULL-TIME TERM POSITION (June - 2018) AKWESASNE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT
Salary: MG 11 – step 2 - $50,837.40 – $52,870.90
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Director, the incumbent is responsible for conceiving, designing, implementing, supervising and managing the strategic direction of the Akwesasne Mohawk Court to coincide with the Council’s vision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Post-Secondary diploma in legal studies or similar;
• Five (5) years’ work experience in an occupation that interfaces with court operations
(ie; peace or police officer, social worker, legal administrator, etc.)
• Two (2) years’ management experience including: budget assignments, variance reporting, operational planning and reporting.
