Spinners Pizzeria Donates to Tsi Snaihne Scool

The Parental Involvement Committee at Tsi Snaihne School wanted to recognize parents and family members who have supported their child's reading at home by having a monthly draw. Students are expected to read at home Monday to Thursday for 20 minutes to improve reading fluency and comprehension. 77% of students are reading at or above grade level at Tsi Snaihne School. We appreciate our parents who support the school to reach the community goal of 80% of students reading at or above grade level.

Leighann McDonald from the Community Connections team at the school was able to get a generous donation from Spinners Pizzeria for a $25.00 certificate for the monthly draw for parents and families who support their children's reading at home. Congratulations to Morgan Francis and William Chubb whose names were picked for the month of December.
