Ice Pigs and Chiefs Win

The two local teams of the Massena Men's Broomball league brushed aside their respective opponents last Sunday at the Massena Arena.

The Chiefs blanked Butch's Auto of Norwood 7-0.

The Ice Pigs had an easy time as they defeated the Helena Hawks 8-1. The Hawks were badly short of players and had no substitute players. That 8-1 score was from the first period before forfeiting the rest of the game.
