A'nowara'ko:wa Arena

The A'nowara'ko:wa Arena would like to thank our sponsors for the Arena Halloween Rock Skate & Movie Night on Saturday, October 31st. Niawen ko:wa Kawehnoke Recreation, Akwesasne Child and Family Services, Akwesasne Family Wellness and Akwesasne Community Health – Diabetes Program, and also to our volunteers Dana White and Macy David.

Akwesasne Learn to Skate program had a Halloween skate & costume party in the early afternoon of Halloween day.

In the evening from 7-9pm the Arena was hopping with approximately 150 participants who got to enjoy free skating, a free movie donated by Akwesasne Family Wellness program, free fruit yogurts donated by Akwesasne Community Health – Diabetes Program and plenty of door prizes donated by Akwesasne Child Family and Services and Kawehnoke Recreation.

A'nowara'ko:wa Arena Administration Assistant Mamie David served up some delicious fruit yogurts donated by Akwesasne Community Health – Diabetes Program.
