Description of Position: Keep the premises of Tribal building and grounds in clean and orderly condition. General maintenance duties include painting and/or repairing masonry, woodwork, drywall, equipment and furnishings of Tribal buildings. Other duties may be assigned. Ground maintenance duties include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removal of weeds, raking and disposal of leaves and refuse. Included will be the maintenance of concrete and asphalt areas. Maintenance personnel will be considered essential personnel in the event of a public emergency and will be required to report to work as needed.

Qualifications: One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Subject to Fleet and Background Policies.

ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
