Description of Position: Work with the Program Manager in developing and implementing program policies and procedures for the three Individualized Residential Alternatives. Assist in developing and overseeing program budgets. Ensure quality assurance objectives of the programs. Work with the Consumer Services Facilitator to ensure all plans are up to date and sign off on all plans.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in the field of Human or Social Services with two years experience in a supervisory role in a human services/Developmental Disability organization. QIDP Status Preferred. A strong understanding of computer use, particularly with regard to electronic documentation is preferred. Subject to Background Check and Fleet Policies.

ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
