On Aug. 13, Tribal Police arrested Dillon J. White, 19, of Hogansburg for a warrant out of Franklin County. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $500 bail or $1,000 bond. He was to have returned Aug. 18. On Aug. 13, Tribal Police charged Eric J. Sunday, 28, of Hogansburg. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond and a return date of Sept. 9.

IMPAIRED OPERATION, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Angus Cook, 24, of Hogansburg, was arrested on August 15th, 2015 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged in the early morning hours of August 15th, 2015 Cook was found to be operating a motor vehicle in the area of Montreal Road and Albert Street while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 25th, 2015.

IMPAIRED OPERATION, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Erich Crowley, 29, of Akwesasne, was arrested on August 22nd, 2015 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged Crowley was operating a motor vehicle on August 22nd, 2015 while under the influence of alcohol when he was stopped at the port of entry. Police were contacted and took him into custody. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 8th, 2015.
