A'NOWARA'KO:WA ARENA'S 20TH ANIVERSARY CELEBRATION

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne

would like to inform the community

that on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, between

12:00-2:00 p.m., the Department

of Tehotiiennawakon will be hosting

a community picnic to celebrate the

A’nowara’ko:wa Arena’s 20th Anniversary.

This event, which will be held

at the Arena, will be open to all community

members and will have many

activities that all will enjoy including

a bounce house and water slide for the

kids!

During the event, there will be numerous

MCA Guest Speakers and a meal of

hotdogs, hamburgers and salads will be

served free of charge. We hope to see

everyone there to help honor a location

that contains so many special memories

to Akwesasronon.
