The Native North American Travelling College is looking for a part time permanent employee with a possibility of full time employment in the future. We are looking for a Financial Accounting Officer who will be responsible for the day to day financial management of the college.

Qualifications:

• A college diploma in accounting or 5 years experience in accounting or financial management.

• Knowledge of and experience working with simply accounting and Microsoft Word

• Ability to work effectively with the College’s clients

• Review and implement financial directives, procedures and guidelines by controlling source documentation processing, posting journal entries and production of hard copy reports, registers and files

• Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.

• Cultural knowledge and Mohawk language an asset
