Massena: Elizabeth Stella Simon, 73 of Norfolk, NY, formally of Kanesatake, Quebec, unexpectedly passed away on June 13, 2015 at her home. There will be no public calling hours and burial will take place in the family plot at Pine Hill Cemetery located in Kanesatake. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena.
