Ann was born April 8, 1931, in Akwesasne, daughter of the late Louis A. and Ethel D. Cook Arquette. She attended schools in Bombay and married Edward R. She was a member of the St. Regis Catholic Church and their Altar and Rosary Society, Akwesasne Death Benefits Group, and the St. Regis Mohawk Senior Citizens. Ann had a great fondness for owls, loved watching birds, and enjoyed playing radio bingo.
