LAUNDRY WORKER

SALARY: GST 15 – $29,667.64 - $30,854.34

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing all activities and services offered by the laundry department at Tsiionkwanonhso:te.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of High School or equivalent, with one year work experience to include: basic understanding of operating washer and dryers and knowledge of chemicals used in laundry process.

The incumbent must be physically fit to be able to perform all aspects of the position including standing, walking, lifting moderate to heavy loads of wet and/or dry laundry, lifting moderate to heavy loads of chemicals and exposure to extreme temperatures of water and heat. Must comply with MCA Department of Health Communicable Disease Policy and adhere to the strict principles of confidentiality. Must be dependable, reliable and able to work weekends and holidays in accordance with the scheduling needs of the facility; Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to use personal vehicle during course of employment.
