MCA CALL-OUT FOR RENTAL SPACE

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is seeking available office space to rent or lease for 1-3 years within the jurisdiction of MCA.

Space must have approximately 1200-1600 square feet of usable floor space with kitchen and restroom facilities, and 0.25 - 0.50 acres of usable land in a semi-private location.

The building structure must meet Canadian Nation Building Code standards or equivalent. Any building being considered will be inspected by qualified engineers and the MCA Environmental Health Officer to verify that the structure is safe and environmentally healthy.

Please submit floor plans, interior and exterior photos of the structure, and a letter of intent including details about the structure’s age and history to:
