Description of Position: Assistant will patrol assigned areas to deter and prevent animal nuisance issues with beaver. Provide verbal or written information of damage to property and crops by wildlife.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent may possess a certificate of completion from Apprentice Trapper education, Journeyman Trapper or Master Trapper training or be willing to take trapper training. Have experience in land and water trapping of different species. Be familiar with the various trapping devices. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds. Subject to Fleet Policy.

ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
