The Easter Bunny came a few days early and had the parking lot at the St. Regis Recreation center turned into a free for all.
The St. Regis Recreation committee hosted the Annual Easter Egg Hunt and the place was packed with excited children from toddlers up.
The volunteers scattered Peter Cottontail's eggs all over and the children anxiously scooped up the eggs. In addition to treats, some of the eggs contained numbers and those who got those numbers were able to claim another prize inside of the Recreation hall. Everyone was later treated to delicious corn soup and the kids went home with happy memories, and the parents went home to schedule future dental appointments.
