Description of Position: Responsible for planning and directing cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated properties for reuse (does not include properties sufficiently contaminated to qualify as Superfund sites). Provide technical assistance to individual business owners and/or developers to facilitate the development of projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in planning, urban design, public administration, landscape architecture, economic development or a closely related field. Knowledge or experience with community development initiatives including Brownfields and property redevelopment desired. Subject to Fleet Policy.
