To Kristian’s Mom MaryAnn; her Dad George, Gramma Honey Bee, Aunt Cody and kids for all their help. To Trevor, Stanley, Clearwater, Chase & Larry for their generous donation of wood and food.

To all the friends & coworkers we thank you. To Corey Jocko & Matt Mitchell for honoring our Mom at their show.

To the HAVFD Niawen:kowa for all you did. We know it was a long week for all of you. To Jen & to Norman for being by our side, offering support and comfort.
