Craft Fair, Cribbage Tournament and Corn Soup Fry Bread Cook-off
Alicia Herne and Chelsea Oakes had a Passion Parties table at the craft fair held Saturday at the Senior Center.
Lola Arquette and Brenda Knox crochet together and have been friends since the seventh grade, over 40 years!

Winners of the cribbage tournament were L-R: 3rd place Colleen Nolan, 2nd place Jennifer Brown and 1st place Charlie Daniels.
Jean Jacobs (R) won first place and Peoples Choice and Deborah David (L) won second place in the Corn Soup and Fry Bread Cook Off.
On Saturday the Seniors Center had something for everyone at the Akwesasne Winter Carnival. The Native North American Travelling College hosted a Corn Soup and Fry Bread Cook-off. A craft fair was also set up with over a dozen vendors.
In the Sun Room, a Cribbage Tournament was also being held, it was put on by Chris Thompson. "Cribbage is a great social game. It's easy to learn and play, so there is a lot of talking and making new friends," said Chris.
