DEPARTMENT: ADMINISTRATION REPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT, 40 HOURS WEEKLY CLOSING DATE: FEBRUARY 20, 2015
Duties consist of the following:
• Greet clients by phone and in person direct to their destination
• Log and route all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Minute taking for MIHC and HHDFCI Board and staff meetings
• Clerical work, manage Board Room Rental and Program events
• Assist in Finance Department and Housing Programs
• Assist Executive Director
• Report writing, compiling statistical reports, correspondence
• Office upkeep, tracking, supplies ordering, basic cleaning
Qualifications: The incumbent will be required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years or more experience working in an office environment. MS Office Suite expertise, knowledge of office equipment, maintain a professional and courteous manner, confidentiality a must.
