VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR CATS SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM

The CATS Spay/Neuter Program is planning on becoming a non-profit organization. This means we will be able to secure more funding to help spay/neuter cats and also move forward to start helping dogs. Our ultimate goal is to start an animal shelter and rescue services. We need dedicated volunteers to help with this.
