Description of Position: Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, continuation, monitoring and improvement of the Three Sisters Program of the Community & Family Services (CFS) Division, in support of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s organizational mission and goals. The Program Manager collaborates with the CFS Director in developing goals, attaining/allocating human and physical resources, developing policies and procedures and ensuring adequate financial resources. The Program Manager provides direct support to the Three Sisters Programs in carrying out the key roles assigned to them. The Three Sisters Program Manager reports directly to the CFS Director.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university with a minimum two years documented work experience in managing programs, staff and operation of an agency OR a combination of work experience and training in the field of domestic/sexual violence. Familiar with Violence Against Women Act 2005, New York State Family Law, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and family court procedures. Subject to Fleet and Background Policies.

ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
