Description of Position: Responsibilities include but are not limited to, building voice and data service packages through Calix and Momentum provisioning software to new and current customers both residential and business according to their requirements. Troubleshooting problems customers may be experiencing within the network due to equipment failures and user errors. Scheduling service trucks to roll to installations, maintenance and service calls using the GLDS system. Working with business help services to fix any major problems that may occur within the network. Filing and organizing all work orders, business contracts, residential service agreements and installation reports. Must communicate with technicians to conduct efficient and productive work flow to the community.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with experience in Computer and Information Sciences, General; Computer and Information Systems Security; Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst; Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunication. Technical support, development, configuration, implementation and maintenance of business processes. Experience with enterprise business systems like GLDS, CALIX telecommunications access equipment and provisioning server, IBBS integrated provisioning system (SIPS) and working with voice over internet protocol (VOIP) equipment. ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
