Warrant execution - Tribal police arrested Calvin Thomas, 24, of Hogansburg on Nov. 20. He was turned over to New York State Police without incident, police said. Ryan Benedict, 25, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police Nov. 20 on an outstanding warrant held by Malone Village Police. He was turned over to Malone Police without incident, Tribal Police said.

Inadequate headlights - Tribal police ticketed Marlene Bero, 62, of Akwesasne, Ontario on Nov. 20. She is to appear in Tribal Traffic Court at a later date.

Unsafe Backing - Tribal police cited Jacques Lambert, 51, of Sorel-Tracy, Quebec on Nov. 22. He is to appear in Tribal Traffic Court on Dec. 9.

Driver’s view obstructed, speeding - Tribal police cited Pichas Zuckerman, 66 of New York City on Nov. 23. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on Dec. 16.

Fail to display plates - Tribal police cited John S. Francis, 47, of Akwesasne, on Nov. 24. He is to appear in Tribal Court on Dec. 15.

Disobey stop sign - Tribal police charged Joelle Porter, 24, of Hogansburg on Nov. 24. She is to appear in Tribal Court on Dec. 15.

Cell phone use - Tribal police cited Lynn Thompson, 56, of Hogansburg on Nov. 26; Janell Jackson, 28, of Hogansburg on Nov. 25; John S. Sterling, 54, of Brasher Falls on Nov. 24.

Unsafe Backing - Tribal police ticketed Ian Clute, 29, of Hogansburg following what police described as a Nov. 26 minor motor vehicle accident. He is to appear in Tribal Court on Dec. 8.

Failure to keep right - Tribal police ticketed Collen J. Loft-Thompson, 24, of Chateauguay, Quebec on Nov. 25. She is to appear in Tribal Court on Dec. 15.

Fail to obey traffic control device - Tribal Police ticketed Richard Moser, 60, of Massena, NY on Nov. 28. He is to appear in Tribal Traffic Court Dec. 15.

Inadequate stop lamps - Tribal Police cited Peter Burns, 59, of Cornwall, Ontario on Nov. 29; Nolan Jacobs, 32, of Hogansburg on Nov. 24; Kaylin Thompson, 23, of Rooseveltown on Nov. 24; and Sheryl L. Thompson, 43, of Akwesasne, Ontario on Nov. 21.

Inadequate tail lights - Tribal Police ticketed Michael Bleau, 20, of Massena on Nov. 29. He is to appear in Tribal Court on Dec. 29.

Speeding - Tribal police cited Kenneth Cree, 18, of Hogansburg on Nov. 29; Jessica Cox, 39, of Brasher Falls on Nov. 26; Denise L. Cook, 32, of Ft. Covington on Nov. 26; Rhonda Adams, 38, of Akwesasne, N.Y. on Nov. 26; Raymond Cook, 57, of Massena on Nov. 25; Panos Joulakian, 64, of Rosemere, Quebec on Nov. 25; Kawisohkwas Sharrow, 32, of Akwesasne, N.Y. on Nov. 25; William L. Davis, 71, of Massena on Nov. 24; Jori Rourke, 27, of Hogansburg on Nov. 24; Angus H. Adams, 71, of Hogansburg on Nov. 23; Cory Young, 41, of Orleans, Ontario on Nov. 23; Kane Mcnamara, 20, of Malone on Nov. 22, who was also ticketed for inadequate brake lights; Alana Jaquemet, 41, of Winchester, Ontario on Nov. 21; Edward Barbone, 21, of St. Regis Falls on Nov. 20; and Carlos Rodriguez, 49, of Hogansburg on Nov. 20.

Aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed driver - Tyler Gray, 27, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police on Nov. 30. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on Jan. 6.

AUO, speeding, warrant execution - Marie Lazore, 33, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police on Nov. 30 for aggravated unlicensed operation speeding and on an outstanding warrant. She was released with order to appear in Bombay Town Court on Dec. 9.

Harassment - State troopers charged Clint J. Mitchell, 27, of Hogansburg with second-degree harassment on Nov. 26 at 10 a.m. He was released with an appearance ticket.
