Seaway Valley Rapids Minor Atom

The Seaway Valley Rapids Minor Atom A’s unbeaten streak continues. The Rapids faced the Ottawa Valley Silver Seven (White) team on Saturday, October 18th in Stittsville. Once again, the Rapids dominated the game. Rylan Adams opened the scoring on an assist from Jett Jock in the first minute of play. The score remained 1-0 at the end of the first period, but the Rapids broke it open in the second scoring four unanswered points. Ethan Montroy got a hat trick in the second on assists from Carson Martin, James Sullivan, Antoine Lafrance and Joshua Esford while Carey Terrance, Jr. netted one on an assist from defenseman Tommy Shoniker. In the third period, defenseman Lafrance got an unassisted short-handed goal and the last goal of the evening went to Terrance assisted by Braxton D’alessio. The Silver Seven squeaked one by Connor Fox in the last few minutes of the game for a final score of 7-1.
