REQUEST FOR TENDER (First Request) Heating and Diesel Fuel Supply

Tenders are hereby invited for the supply of delivered goods specified, Heating Fuel and Diesel Fuel Supply for buildings and assets under the care and control of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne, and are in the territory of Akwesasne districts of Kanatakon, Tsi Snaihne, and Kawehno:ke. The term of this contract is from November 1, 2014 and ending effective April 30, 2015.

Tender documents can be picked up at the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne, CIA #3 Department of Technical Services Office, and must be submitted in triplicate on the supplied forms. (PDF File is available for distribution if requested)

Prices quoted herein must remain fixed throughout the heating season (November 1 2014 – April 30, 2015). All submissions must include Copy of Certificate of Insurance for Vehicles and Environmental Insurance.

Tenders will be received until 1:00 pm Monday, October 27, 2014.
