Description of Position: Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, but not limited to printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University in computer related field; four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Subject to the Fleet and Background Check Policies.
