TRADITIONAL LACROSSE Position:  Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Salary Range: Salary plus commission, will be determined based on experience

Company Overview:  The goal of Traditional Lacrosse is not only to help the game grow, but to ensure that it grows the correct way.  Our objective is to make sure that whenever players are practicing, whether it is on their own or with their team, when they use our product, they will be reminded about what it means to be a Traditional Lacrosse Player.  Honoring the game. 

Job Description and Responsibilities:  As the Sales Representative you will focus on new business development by selling Traditional Lacrosse’s full line of lacrosse shafts, heads, equipment and apparel to business customers in an assigned territory.  The Sales Representative will be working with and selling to sports stores owners and team executives by meeting with them, understanding their needs, and recommending a solution that helps the customer increase their sales/profit in the rapidly growing lacrosse industry.      

Qualifications:  High School diploma or GED with at least five (5) years of experience in sales.  Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work independently and meet quota-level goals.  High level of motivation and experience in the lacrosse industry is an asset.  Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
