JOB OPENING Position: Retail/Wholesale Manager

Company Overview: Smokers Warehouse is a new retail smoke shop that provides high quality products and excellent customer service to its patrons. Nations Trading is a tobacco wholesaler serving many of the Akwesasne retail locations.

Job Description and Responsibilities: This position oversees full operational support for both a retail smoke shop and a tobacco wholesale company located in Hogansburg, NY.

Responsibilities:

•Provide full operational support for the location including merchandising, scheduling, appearance of store, customer service concerns, and vendor relations.

•Meet yearly budget projections.

•Management of inventory and inventory processes

•Promoting and maintaining brand standards

•Recruit, train, hire, and mentor approximately 20 staff members

•Provide oversight on all customer accounts ensuring that face-to-face contact is upheld and that customer needs are being met.

Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED with at least two years experience in Business Management or related area and working knowledge of inventory protocol. Any prior experience working within the Tobacco industry would be an asset. Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure and be able to effectively multi-task.
