VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR STOCK IMAGE PHOTO SHOOT

TERRITORY OF AKWESASNE – The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Communications Unit along with the Community Health Program would like to invite community members to participate in several upcoming photo shoots for the organization.

MCA is creating an archive of stock photos that are relevant to the Akwesasne Mohawk community and culture.  The photos will be used by MCA programs as needed for advertising, marketing, and publications such as educational pamphlets and newsletters.    The images will range in style to be as useful as possible for years to come.   ALL shapes, colors, sizes and ages of volunteers and photo subjects are needed and welcome. There are no requirements.  If you enjoy photography, modeling, or being a part of Akwesasne culture and history, we invite you to take part in our photo shoots.

Although no money will be paid to participants, all volunteers will be entered into drawings for family passes to the Cornwall Aquatic Centre.  

The first photo shoot is scheduled for July 31, 2014 and the second will take place on August 8, 2014.  Additional sessions will take place in the fall and winter.
