Letter to the Editor

About 5 months ago, a crew from the American side came and dug up a fire hydrant on my property. I live on Johnson Rd. so it is the Canadian side. For months I've been trying to get someone to come and clean up the mess, but nobody has come. They took up all the topsoil and there is still a big hole. Years ago I could have just fixed it myself, but now I can't. Is this the way to treat the elders?
