St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police made the following arrests and citations between May 12 and 19:

Driving while intoxicated Naomi R. Atkinson, 29, of Constable was arrested and additionally charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or more and failure to keep right. She was released with appearance tickets for Bombay Town Court on June 3.

Driving while ability impaired by drugs: Robert J. Burke-Johnson, 21, of Hogansburg was arrested and additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, unsafe backing and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $500 bail or $1,000 bond. He was to have re-appeared on May 20.

Driving while intoxicated Jordan G. Cole, 27, of Hogansburg was arrested and additionally charged with operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol level above .08 percent and failure to keep right. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on June 3.

Arrest warrant: Devon M. Cooke, 20, of Fort Covington was picked up on a warrant issued by Tribal Court Probation. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond. He is to re-appear on May 20.

Arrest warrant: Ashton M. Francis, 25, of Hogansburg was picked up on a warrant from St. Lawrence County Court. She was turned over to Massena Village Police and arraigned in Massena Village Court before Justice James Crandall. Francis was sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton in lieu of $400 bail.

Third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation: Herbert E. John, 27, of Gowanda was arrested and additionally cited with speeding, 55 mph in a 35 mph zone. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on June 10.

Third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation: Alfred S. Jackson, 48, of Hogansburg was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Bombay Town Court on June 17.

Disorderly conduct: Gage A. Bigtree, 22, of Hogansburg was cited and released with an appearance ticket for Bombay Town Court on June 3.

Following too close: Hunter M. Cooke, 19, of Hogansburg was issued a ticket for Bombay Town Court on June 3.

Speeding: Suzanne Vitello, 56, of Hooksett, N.H. allegedly went 51 mph in a 35mph zone. She is to appear in Tribal Court on June 9.

No seatbelt: Benson D. Benedict, 48, of Hogansburg was given a ticket for Tribal Court on June 16.

No seatbelt: Francis M. Jacobs, 20, of Kahnawake was cited with driver no seatbelt and Korley McComber, 21, of Kahnawake with passenger no seatbelt. Each is to appear in Tribal Court on June 16.
