Akwesasne Mini Mart Celebrates One Year Anniversary

On Tuesday, the Akwesasne Mini Mart celebrated its one year anniversary. They had tons of specials and giveaways. Since Lynn Thompson, Gordon Delorimiere and Angela Thompson opened the doors of the Akwesasne Mini Mart, it has grown a lot. They now make subs to order, and have sandwiches and salads already made. They also make all sorts of platters like veggie, meat, sandwich and fruit. They have hamburgers and hotdogs and a soup of the day. They carry fresh baked breads, cookies and muffins. They also offer lottery tickets, novelty ice creams, have a magazine rack, ATM machine and a great selection of wine. They carry a selection of Canadian goods like St. Hubert gravy, Habitant soups, 5 Roses flour, Intense Dill Pickle Doritos, Lays Ketchup Chips, several pastries and more.

Coming soon, the Akwesasne Mini Mart will carry soft serve and hard ice cream. And don't forget to stop in and enter their Easter giveaway, which will be a huge bunny and a basket full of toys!
