CASUAL SUPPLY TEACHER

Location:  Akwesasne Child Care Program – All three centers.

Reports to:  Center Supervisor

Hours of Work: Part time on call as needed, varying shifts.

Rate of pay:  $16.37/hr

Deadline to apply:  4:00pm, March 6th, 2014.

Summary: To provide a positive learning environment that enhances each child’s level of development.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

Assists with classroom activities and experiences that support each child’s cultural, physical, social, emotional, creative and cognitive development in conjunction with Early Childhood Educators.

Qualifications, education and experience

 · High school diploma or equivalent.

· Be at least 18 years of age.

· Experience caring for/working with young children.

· Clear criminal reference check.
