Brandon P. Bradley, 37, of Akwesasne, Ont. was arrested by Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 2:27 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court March 18.​

James J. Buffoline, 49, of Clifton Park, N.Y. was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 1:17 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22. Police said he was observed operating a vehicle at 53 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone. He is to appear in Tribal Court on March 17.

Natasha F. King, 38, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police and cited with disorderly conduct following an incident at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 at the American Legion, state Route 37. She is to appear in Bombay Town Court on March 11.

Darlene P. King, 55, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police and cited with second-degree harassment following an incident at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 at the American Legion, state Route 37. She is to answer the charge in Bombay Town Court on March 18.

Carey B. Perkins, 33, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 8:42 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 20. Police said she was observed operating a vehicle at 49 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone. She is to appear in Bombay Town Court on March 4.

Alexander J. Tarbell, 26, of Akwesasne, N.Y. was ticketed by Tribal Police for operating vehicle out of class and uninspected motor vehicle at 3:51 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21. He is to appear in Tribal Court on March 17.

Yvonne M. Jock, 21, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for failure to display plates and no rear mirror at 3:21 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21. She is to appear in Tribal Court on March 17.

Ernest A. David, 59, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights at 7:36 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20. He is to appear in Tribal Court on March 17.

Teresa M. Palmer, 34, of Akwesasne was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19. She is to appear in Tribal Court on March 3.

Wakenda L. Peters, 24, of Akwesasne, Ont. was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights at 8:09 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19. She is to appear in Tribal Court on March 3.

Dorothy S. Stowell, 38, of Massena was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate stop lamps at 1:39 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18. She is to appear in Tribal Court on March 10.

Peter Clute, 42, of 104 Pyke Road, Akwesasne, N.Y. was ticketed by Massena Village Police for unauthorized turn at 12:35 a.m. Monday, Feb. 24 at Phillips and Main streets.

BREACH, PERSONATION,

OBSTRUCT POLICE

Cornwall, ON – Dustin George, 24 of Akwesasne, and Sasha Knox, 25 of Cornwall were arrested on February 23rd, 2014. Dustin George was charged with breaching his recognizance for being with someone that he has conditions not to be with and being away from his residence. He is also charged with breaching his probation for failing to keep the peace. Sasha Knox was charged with obstruct police, personation and breach of undertaking for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged that on February 23rd, 2014 the couple was stopped at the port of entry and Dustin George who was found to be breaching his conditions was taken into custody, while the woman who falsely identified herself was permitted to leave. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation they assumed custody of the man and charged him accordingly. Investigation also revealed the true identity of the woman who later attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody and charged accordingly. The woman was later released to appear in court on April 1st, 2014 while the man was held for a bail hearing.
