Job Announcement Akwesasne Cultural Center Maintenance Worker

Part Time: 15 hours per week- mornings

Rate of Pay: $10.50 per hour

Responsibilities: Keep the premises of the Akwesasne Cultural Center building and grounds clean, safe and in orderly condition. Provide daily maintenance for the Center library and museum; maintain the Center grounds year round - includes snow removal & lawn care; make minor repairs; transport recycle materials; assist staff with moving furniture and storage items; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; must be at least 21 years of age; able to operate and maintain lawn care equipment; have reliable transportation; must be in good health and able to lift 50 lbs.
