Description of Position: The Court Clerk is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in the daily operations of the Tribal Courts system and to ensure all needed information is available for effective functioning of the Courts.

Qualifications:  Applicant must be a “qualified health professional.” Qualified health professionals include: Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor, Certified Social Worker, Nurse Practitioner, Professional Nurse, Rehabilitation Counselor, Therapeutic Recreational Specialist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Family Therapist or Counselor-in-Training – Certified Alcoholism Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee credential or a minimum of 2 years experience working in a chemical dependency field as a counselor-in-training or an Associate’s Degree in chemical dependency.  Candidate must successfully pass criminal & background check, prior to employment beginning.
