Description of Position: Provide oversight and supervision for the HCBS Waiver and day programs. Waiver Supervisor will be responsible for managing the program by defining the structure and protocols of the program, as well as ensuring that documentation is provided for billing purposes, establish cooperative working relationships with social service agencies and vocational rehabilitation services and with family and community members.
Qualifications: An Associates Degree in Human Services or a related field and a minimum of three years of documented supervisory experience in the field of developmental disabilities, mental health or related field OR equivalent supervisory experience/education. Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract in accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Fleet Policy. Candidate must successfully pass criminal & background check, prior to employment beginning.
