The Salmon River High School awarded its November Students of the Month. The Student of the Month is based on the character trait from the book of the month. November's Book of the Month was "Ballots for Belva" by Sudipta Bardham-Quallen with the character trait of Perseverance. Chelsea Sunday from the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Alcoholism/Chemical Dependency Prevention Program awarded the students with a goodie bag and their choice of a Walmart or Italian Affair gift card.
