John F. McGee, 66, of Norfolk was arrested by St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police at 9:06 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31 on an active warrant for issuing bad checks. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and is to reappear on January 7.

Wilbur P. Barnes Jr., 42, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights at 10:42 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 30. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Andrew Reed, 19, of Cornwall, Ont. was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights at 9:54 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 30. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Tracy P. Cross, 52, of Kanesatake, Que. was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with second-degree harassment at 2:38 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28. He was released on an appearance ticket and is to answer the charge in Bombay Town Court on January 21.

Evita M. Stacy, 29, of Akwesasne, Que. was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with second-degree burglary, petit larceny and for an outstanding bench warrant on Cook Road at 3:45 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 27. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

Ashley M. Palmer, 25, of Malone was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marihuana, second-degree obstruction governmental administration and failure to keep right following a motor vehicle accident at 2:44 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 25. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was released on her own recognizance to reappear on January 7.

Jordon G. Cole, 27, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding and driving to the left of pavement markings at 4:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 25. Police said he was going 65 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on Cook Road. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on January 28.

Wanita M. Swamp-Francis, 48, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operate a motor vehicle by unlicensed driver at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 23 on McGee Road. Police allege her blood alcohol content was .18 percent; a DWI conviction within the last 10 years makes the charge a felony. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond. She is to reappear in Bombay Town Court January 21.

Maureen Harris, 58, of Montreal, Que. was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 12:49 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 20. Police said she was going 52 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on state Route 37. She is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Nancy M. Handel, 66, of Massena was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate tail lights at 12:21 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 20. She is to appear in Tribal Court on a later date.

James J. Besaw, 60, of Potsdam was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 12:04 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 20. Police said he was going 49 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Shenae T. Tarbell, 21, of Akwesasne, NY was ticketed by Tribal Police for uninspected motor vehicle at 10:53 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. She is to appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Samantha P. Heald, 19, of Massena was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding, failure to dim headlights and inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10:36 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. She is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Kenneth Gallinger, 37, of Ormstown, Que. was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding and inadequate stop lamps at 10:24 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. Police said he was going 50 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Carey G. Miller, 51, of Brasher was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 9:58 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. Police said he was driving 50 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Doris A. Burns, 53, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate tail lights on Thursday, Dec. 19. She is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Justin L. Shope, 40, of Massena was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 9:44 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Harold J. Nason, 43, of Brasher Falls was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 9:10 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. Police said he was driving 49 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Carvin D. Lewis, 33, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights at 1:04 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

William E. Klotz, 61, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights at 12:55 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. He is appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Kelly J. Oakes, 23, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights and inadequate stop lamps at 12:34 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. She is to appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Brenda K. Greene, age not available, of Constable was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 10:23 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18. Police said she was driving 49 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. She is to appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Thomas A. Ivany, 26, of Rooseveltown was ticketed by Tribal Police for inadequate headlights at 9:09 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17. He is to appear in Tribal Court on January 6.

Krysta L. Barilko, 21, of Akwesasne, NY was arrested by State Troopers and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana at 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1 at the Massena port of entry.

Louis A. Jacobs, 54, of Akwesasne, Ont. was arrested by State Troopers on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 3:15 p.m. and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He was released with an appearance ticket.

Francine A. Thomas-Dustin, 31, of St. Regis, Que. was arrested by State Troopers and charged with petit larceny at 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later date.

Shenae T. Tarbell, 21, of Hogansburg was arrested by State Troopers and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol level above .08 percent at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21. She was released to a sober third party with orders to appear in court on a later date.

Chloe N. White, 18, of Hogansburg was arrested by Massena Village Police and charged with petit larceny at 8:49 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29 on Stephenville Road.

Moses P. Middlemiss, 29, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Massena Village Police for speed not reasonable and failure to stay in lane at 5:27 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 1 on Main Street. He was also cited for inadequate brake light at 2:13 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 23 at Harte Haven Plaza.
