Description of Position: The Health Services Director of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe is responsible for organization, development, and management of the Health Services Division including cost management, personnel, materials, productivity and quality of work. The Health Services Director plans for patient care services within the organization according to strategic objectives and priorities.

Qualifications: Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, psychology, or a closely related health care, public administration or social work discipline and eight years of progressively responsible experience in public health, behavioral health, hospital, or large clinic administration, which includes five years of supervisory experience OR a Master’s degree in the fields listed above and six years of progressively responsible experience in public health, behavioral health, hospital, or large clinic administration, which includes four years of supervisory experience. Candidate must successfully pass criminal background check, prior to employment beginning.
