Description of Position:  Under the general direction of the ECDP Childcare Education Supervisor 0-3, the Childcare Teacher is responsible for providing children with a safe, comfortable environment enriched with a variety of hands on, age appropriate activities that meet best practice standards and enhance each child’s level of development.

Qualifications:  A Bachelors or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or advanced degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education.  A minimum of 3 years’ experience in working in the Early Childhood field.  Supervisory experience and knowledge of child care programs is preferred.  Candidate must successfully pass criminal background check, prior to employment beginning.
