Wellness Begins With You!

The organizers of the two day event, Wanda Thompson, Jennifer Boots, Tracey Thompson and Gloria Thompson, were hoping community members would learn alternatives to western medicine and learn to take care of the most important person, YOU! Start by learning to be good to yourself. Remember to 'massage' the oils onto your skin rather than 'slapping' them on. A lesson learned and shared by one of the organizers. Look for a flyer in your mailbox announcing more activities at the Kawehnoke Recreation centre.
