Tribal Police ticketed Michael R. Wright, 23, of Waterbury Center, Vt. and charged him with inadequate headlights at 5:24 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5 stemming from a motor vehicle accident. He is to appear in Tribal Court on November 25.
