A Voice from the Eastern Door

In Loving Memory of Larry A. King

April 22, 1962 – October 18, 1988

A long 25 years has passed

But I think of you each day

We never do forget someone

When they pass away

Your smile, your laugh

And your heart made of gold

Our funny conversations

And the stories that you told

Will stay with me forever

When someone says your name

I’ll smile for a little while

But it’s just not the same

To hear your voice just one more time

And feel your hugs so tight

Wondering why God took you from us

Is what keeps me up at night

I guess you were just too special

A true angel here on earth

A perfect little angel

Ever since your birth

For now your memory will always be

In my heart forever

Until the day we meet again

When we can be together

Love, your family
