Patrick Simon, 42, of Pincourt, Que. was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 8:58 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5. Police said he was going 51 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. He is to appear in Tribal Court on October 28.
