TWINLEAF JOB POSTING POSITION:  MARKETING MANAGER

Job Purpose:  As Marketing Manager it will be your responsibility to lead the marketing team in developing a marketing strategy, implementing a yearly marketing plan, and coordinating tasks of all members of the marketing department ensuring that the message being sent to customers aligns with the mission and values of the company.  

Job Duties:

· Develop market performance goals and implement plans which align with company goals, including; developing product positioning strategy, providing oversight of all marketing operations, and developing target markets, and market communications to successfully drive business growth.

· Lead strategic development of a comprehensive marketing program that supports selected products, promotions, services, and general brand awareness.

 · Read, understand, critique, and follow a budget/financials according to company standards.

· Develop a deep understanding of the TWINLEAF Rewards program and use the program to conduct customer research, evaluate sales, and make marketing changes as needed.  

· Establish and maintain beneficial relationships with Radio, Print, and Television companies to ensure that our message is being delivered effectively.

 · Show the ability to measure and transform advertising data to useful information and insights to help assist the leadership team with company decisions.

 · Collaborate with managers to ensure all locations are getting everything they need from the marketing department and that any customer issues are handled in a prompt manner.  

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment with demonstrated success in building strong brands.  Supervisory experience is needed.   Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure and quickly adapt strategy to changing competitive conditions.
