IMMUNIZATION CLINICS

Immunization clinics will be held

every Wednesday and Friday at the

Community Health office in Kanatakon

(St. Regis) from 8:30-3:30pm,

closed for lunch 12-1pm.

If you are requesting any copies of

health records, such as immunization

etc., please allow 2 business days for

pick up.
