Description of Position: The Assistant Residence Manager reports to the IRA Manager.  The Assistant Residence Manager will work with the IRA Manager in developing and implementing program policies and procedures for one Individualized Residential Alternative.  The Assistant Residence Manager will assist in developing and overseeing program budgets.  The Assistant Residence Manager will provide direct supervision, support and guidance to a team of habilitation aides.

Qualifications:  A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or a related field and a minimum of three years of documented work experience in the field of developmental disabilities, mental health or related field OR equivalent supervisory experience/education.  Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract in accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Fleet Policy.  Candidate must successfully pass criminal background check, prior to employment beginning.
