Lester Cook, 56, Akwesasne, NY, was arrested by St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police on Friday, July 13 and charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned at Bombay Town Court where an order of protection was served upon him. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear at Bombay Town Court on August 27.

Amanda K. Delosh, 33, of Massena was turned over to Tribal Police by New York State Police on Friday, July 13 on an arrest warrant for two counts of issuing a bad check. She was arraigned in Fort Covington Town Court and was released on her own recognizance, with orders to re-appear in Bombay Town Court on July 23 at 5 p.m.

On Friday, July 13 Tribal Police responded to 24 Mohawk Lane apartments, Akwesasne, NY, for an alleged report of gunshots fired towards a tenant at that residence.  Tribal Police arrived on scene and spoke with the victim who alleged that she was outside doing laundry when her neighbor fired gunshots towards where she was standing.

Danielle J. Johnson, 22, of Whoville Rd, Akwesasne, PQ, was charged by St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Thursday, July 12. She drove to the Tribal Police station on Thursday, July 12 to report her vehicle had been hit by another vehicle earlier in the night. Police say while questioning her, they observed she had glassy eyes and an odor of an alcohol on her breath. Johnson allegedly failed field sobriety tests and her blood alcohol content was allegedly .09 percent. She was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and was remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond.

Kyle Terrance, 23, of Akwesasne, NY, turned himself in to Tribal Police on Wednesday, July 10 to answer an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree assault, a felony,  which stemmed from a May 18 alleged incident. Terrance was arraigned at Bombay Town Court where he was issued an order of protection and released on his own recognizance with a re-appearance date of July 23.

Alec Elijah, 56, of Akwesasne was arrested by St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police on Monday, July 8 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in Bombay Town Court on July 30 at 5 p.m.

Raschelle S. Clute, 20, of Akwesasne was arrested Monday, July 15 by New York State Police and charged with second-degree possession of prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana. She is being held in the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Kristian A. Smoke, 30, of Akwesasne and Logan P. Smiddy, 17, of Fort Covington were arrested Monday, July 15 by New York State Police and charged with two counts each of unlawful possession of marijuana. They were issued appearance tickets for a later date.
