Accounting Representative

Position:  Accounting Representative

Deadline:  July 12, 2013

Job Purpose:  As an Accounting Representative it will be your responsibility to perform all accounting functions for each business that the position supports.  You will be expected to abide by a strict confidentiality agreement.  

Job Duties:

· Daily AP/AR entries

· Weekly AR reconciliations

· Monthly closing reconciliations

· Preparing financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis for each business that the position supports.  

· Ensuring that every expense is properly documented and that all financial records are accurate.

· Monitor daily cash flow ensuring that all drawers are closed out properly.  

· Reviewing and evaluating cost reduction opportunities available to the company.  

Qualifications:  Minimum Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related area with at least two (2) years experience working with Quickbooks software. Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure and be able to effectively multi-task.
